BatterNDough began in a home kitchen with a simple idea: celebration cakes should taste as good as they look. What started as baking for family and friends grew into a small business built on word of mouth — one custom cake at a time.

Everything is baked fresh to order in small batches, using quality ingredients and no shortcuts. No display fridges, no day-old stock — your order goes straight from our oven to your celebration.

Good to know

How far in advance should I order?

For custom cakes we recommend ordering at least 3–5 days ahead (more for elaborate or tiered designs). Brownies, cookies and other treats usually need 1–2 days. Short on time? Message us anyway — we'll do our best!

Do you deliver, or is it pickup only?

Orders can be picked up from our home kitchen in [Your Area]. Delivery may be available for an extra charge depending on distance — ask us on WhatsApp when you order.

Can you make eggless or allergy-friendly bakes?

Eggless versions are available for most of our menu. Please note our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, eggs and gluten, so we can't guarantee allergen-free products — let us know about any allergies when ordering.

How do prices and payment work?

Pricing depends on size, flavour and design complexity — we'll confirm an exact quote on WhatsApp before you commit. A small advance confirms your order, with the balance due on pickup or delivery.

Can you recreate a cake from a photo?

Yes! Send us your inspiration photos and we'll recreate the design or adapt it to your budget, colours and theme.
